Dalit is a growth and development focused leader who combines her knowledge as a Psychology graduate from the Benemérica Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and her advanced degree in Educational Leadership from the University of London. With 25 years of experience in education and international organization and educational management and leadership, Dalit has worked at the International Baccalaureate Organization for the past 6 years, managing teams globally and managing a network of more than 3000 educators.
Dalit has trained hundreds of educators around the world, ensuring that the talent of both staffs and the network of educators developed to accomplish the organization’s mission. She has been known to have the ability to create a vision, build effective teams, and achieve great standards in a positive work atmosphere where everybody is involved and engaged.

Dalit was born and raised in Mexico, by Israeli parents. She now lives in Maryland with her husband and two children. She speaks English, Spanish, and Hebrew. Having lived, studied, and worked in different countries has enriched her experience and understanding of the importance of interculturalism and diversity. She enjoys volunteering with youth and ensuring they have a healthy support system.
