Certificate of Digital Facilitation

Certificate of Digital Facilitation

How to facilitate pleasant, impactful, and effective digital experiences.

The CLICK Institute Certificate of Digital Facilitation is achieved through a skill-based learning experience tailored to cover the needs of those who lead and facilitate online learning experiences. The program is designed and facilitated following the guidelines of the CLICK Framework and the ACE Learning Methodology.

Impact

Facilitating learning experiences to educate in our organizations, has changed and will never be the same. Period! COVID-19 accelerated the digitalization of our processes and the dynamics of the way we live, learn, work, and socialize.

This “new-never-normality” challenges anyone who leads a team or is responsible for the development of knowledge, attitudes, skills, and abilities to find ways to improve performance continuously to reach and extend beyond organizational and personal goals.

This Certificate uses a robust and proven learning methodology adapted to the way we meet, learn and work through in a “phygital” (physical and digital) world.

1. Skill-based Certificate: Practice as you learn, receive personalized, candid and caring feedback about your performance as a digital designer and facilitator.

2. Inclusive Diversity: Learn with a truly diverse and inclusive team of facilitators and coaches from different countries and companies sharing their extensive experience.

3. Direct and Personalized Support: Practice with an assigned Coach who will support your learning acquisition and demonstration of skills.

4. Collaborative and Supportive Environment: Network with a small team that will support your learning and demonstration of digital facilitation skills.

5. Panels of Experts: Learn from recognized academic, business, and non-profit thought leaders.

6. Holistic and Relevant Learning: You will be stimulated cognitively, emotionally and physically, learning from observation and experience.

7. Practical and Immediate Application: Learn practical and down-to-earth proven techniques and tools to engage digitally.
