Donna is the founder of Organizational Leadership Strategies, a boutique consulting firm specialized in leadership assessment and development. She has served as Territory Manager of Exxon Mobil, Program Training Developer and Career Liaison of Houston Community College, as well as Manager of Corporate Communications and Organizational Leadership, and Manager of Community Relations and Organizational Leadership of Service Corporation International.
As a committed learner, Donna holds a Professional Human Resources Development Certificate from RICE University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership and Development. Donna is a member of the Board of Directors of ATD Houston, one of the five largest chapters of the Association of Talent Development, the most prestigious professional association in the field of learning and development in the world. She serves as the VP of Geographic and Special Interest Groups. She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association and the National Association of Women MBAs. Donna supports economic empowerment causes as a Small Business Development University Instructor of the Houston Area Urban League.
