At CLICK Institute, we create experiences for our members and stakeholders. We believe that the notion of products needs to evolve to processes, that we need to migrate to a space of experiences that are co-created and co-led by those who share their experience and expertise and those who are willing to learn and add value with the curiosity and humble-but-courageous inquire.

CLICK Summit

The CLICK Summit is a space of intellectual dialogue and enrichment where business, civic, academic, and government leaders and influencers think and take action together to overcome cultural and cognitive barriers in our society. The Summit is an annual half-a-day learning experience with keynotes, panels, experiential learning sessions, new technology live demos, and social responsibility activities that are lived/experienced by proactive learners who come not only to share their cultural and cognitive diversity but also to lead, innovate, connect and know more than they ever believed possible. CLICK Summit 2020 will be held in mid-January at the West Houston Institute of Innovation.

CLICK LX (Learning Experience)

The CLICK LX (Learning Experience) is a one-day or two-day flexible accelerated, cooperative, and experiential learning experience to learn how to effectively manage cultural and cognitive diversity to increase leadership effectiveness and innovation in teams, organizations, and communities. A Certificate of Attendance and Participation, as well as a digital badge, is presented to learners who are actively present in 90% of the program and that have demonstrated full commitment in learning the practical ideas to become better diverse, divergent, and digital leaders.
The topics that are covered in this workshop are cultural intelligence, cultural diversity, leadership effectiveness, creativity and innovation, connection and communication, thinking and learning effectiveness, and cognitive diversity.

CLICK AcademyX

The CLICK AcademyX is a one-week total immersion and full dedication accelerated, cooperative, and experiential learning experience to learn how to effectively lead cultural and cognitive diversity to achieve the highest possible leadership effectiveness and innovation in teams, organizations and communities. A Certificate of Completion is presented to learners who actively participate in 100% of the program and perform all exercises and learning assignments. A Diploma of Certification is presented to those learners who complete/pass the competency-based exercise and the written test to ensure they have the needed knowledge, attitudes, and skills to be recognized as a Certified Culture and Cognitive Diversity Leader and a Diverse, Divergent, and Digital Leader.
